V.H.F. beacons sometimes have a RTTY tail, after the CW.
H.F. beacons sometimes have a PSK tail, after the CW.
Many beacons are on the same frequency at different locations, especially on H.F., this can provide a clue to the propagation conditions...
[edit] try this one, it's pretty good (or it was 20 odd years ago)
