Equipment used: RigExpert AA-170, Picoscope 3206D with homemade TDR, Bside component tester, and a Klein Tools MM400 DVM.

The cable was an OPEK RG-58/U (radio shack variety) previously cut as a 1/2 wavelength 11m cable for measuring antenna feed point impedance's. To my surprise, the Bside component tester managed to yield a number almost identical to the TDR measurement.
